Central Hinds Academy Girls Soccer State Championship

CENTRAL HINDS ACADEMY WINS FIRST GIRLS SOCCER STATE CHAMPIONSHIP-- Raymond’s own Central Hinds Academy won their first-ever girls Soccer State Championship! The Lady Cougars beat Washington School of Greenville at the State Championship game held at Madison Ridgeland Academy on October 9, 2023. Ginny Mae Purvis scored the lone goal of the 1-0 win off a corner kick in the 73rd minute. The Cougars were 16-0-1 for their historic season. Go Cougars!
