Raymond Board Signs Proclamation Declaring September 17-24 as Constitution Week

The Mayor and Board signed a Proclamation at a recent meeting designating September 17th - 24th as Constitution Week in Raymond. Volunteers will ring the church and water tank bell at 3 p.m. on Sunday, September 17th joining with other communities with Bells Across America to open the week.
