Raymond Garden Club

The hostesses for the May meeting of the Raymond Garden Club, pictured above left, were:Susan Pegues, Glenda Marberry, Lenda Poole and Joyce Jenkins. The speaker for the May meeting of the Raymond Garden Club, pictured above right, was Qula Madkin, a registered dietitian nutritionist and certified diabetes and education specialist. She is associated with MSU Extension Department. Mrs. Madkin offered tips for healthy eating , including less food and more nutrients, make half your plate fruits and vegetables, watch portion sizes, be active and drink more water.
